[ image disabled ]Creative was the first to release a 32GB flash player, but now they have some competition. Sandisk announced a 32GB Sansa View a while back, and just a few days ago Apple released a 32GB iPod touch. Neither player is cheaper than the 32GB ZEN though. Creative just dropped the price to $299, which is $50 cheaper than what it was announced at.

I'm still amazed that we've come so far in so little time. Just a few years ago it cost hundreds for a 1GB flash player. Now we can get a 32GB model, with room for expansion for the same price. I love this high capacity flash trend, but they still have some ways to go before truly replacing HD players. Let's hope Creative hasn't forgotten that. The 32GB ZEN is in stock and ready to be shipped!
