[ image disabled ]Rejoice ZEN owners! Creative has provided a new firmware update for your players. The interface while nice, had a few bugs to work out. Here's what was added and fixed:

Added Features or Enhancements:

• Adds Thai language support
• Improves startup speed

Fixes:

• Improves video playback performance
• Improves the power adapter charging process
• Ensures the alarm is working even if your player is turned off

Here are some impressions from some of our members:

• Startup is nearly instant now. The Creative logo screen has been removed frombootup. Everything takes about 3 seconds to load, compared to the 10-15 seconds previously.
• Videos start playing instantly, and fastforwarding is also improved
• Text scrolling is improved during Music playback

It's nice to see Creative hard at work with this new player. I just hope they add SD-Card integration next. It is the biggest fault I have with the player. When my player is finished charging, I'll upgrade my FW and update everyone with my impressions.
