With a program called TVersity, you can stream any video over your home network to the Zen X-Fi. The best thing about TVersity is its ability to transcode the files for your player without conversion, meaning the program will transcode that H.264-encoded (iPod video spec) video to a type that the X-Fi can handle on the fly. I watched NASA TV, CNN (audio behind video) Superbad movie off my hard drive, could play all my music, I tried to stream some music from somafm but couldn't get it to work. TV picture quality was ace. The ABI reviewer didn't spend enough time on the x-fi. Thanks for the guide I would have had no idea otherwise. Still can't get creative media box server to work. | ||
