i know it looks shite.. really its cheap shite.. stuff thats prob going to break out the box.. but the idea is what people a wee while ago wanted... before the tablets started.. and yes 4 video codecs ..its cheap shite.. but at least someone is doing it... if creative did it.. and sold me a zen omega without the drive..
Update.. zen v+ is alive.. after charging for a week it popped up "My Zen"..

And as for your zen v+, what's going on with it? dead screen? or battery?

I've gone through 3 'dead' ones...two with dead screens, and one that lasted almost three years(dead battery, which can be replaced easily)

i will only cover MakeFirmware Located in CreativeWizard
this assumes you know how to create a firmware file using "firmware editor"&"nullblockfixer"
then use creative wizard to extract the xml and convert it to .grs
I had issues rolling a whole theme with font and splash for a while
this is what worked for me
Upgraded to the latest .Net
Upgraded to the latest CreativeWizard

Open MakeFirmware Located in CreativeWizard
Select your player:
i have a ZVM 30 gig = CINF:96
Select your Custom splash
Selct you Custom font
then clicked add block
change "Block Type" to DATA
type filename "Hjukbox.grs" in the text box
then checkoff "use file instead of Data"
select your GRS file

[ image disabled ]
click on create firmware save it
then upload it

ZV:M 30gb & COWON 16GB D2 they are Black
